This is a 2017 MacBook Air that was purchased in January 2018 and based on the serial number, this is a 128GB 8GB model. While this MacBook Air can charge to max via MagSafe 2, the max doesn’t turn on at all. There is almost likely a logic board issue with this MacBook and would need to be replaced. If you want to fix this, you can upgrade MacOS to Monterey. It’s a great laptop for writing documents, watching video content, and casual web browsing.
