The product listed is refurbished used product, left upper corner slightly dented otherwise unit in great condition as shown in the pictures, machine in great working conditions, sold as used product. 

Seller's 30-Day Warranty for hardware functionality only.

Warranty process is simple, contact us or the manufacturer within the warranty period with problem details for diagnosis, if problem couldn’t be solved via email/phone support, you’ll be issued RMA # with return address, once we received your returned product, we’ll repair or replace the defective product as soon as we are able.  If we are not able to repair/replace the defective product, we’ll issue full refund.
