TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Please feel free to ask any questions that are not covered in the product description and understand what you are bidding for
  • A brief description of the item is listed with the listing, we have provided as much information as I can
  • Failure to pay will result in negative feedback. We reserve the right to refuse the highest bidder who have negative(<0) or hidden feedback and all non-registered bidders.
  • Customs duty is the obligation and liability of a citizen/ resident in the destination country, so the buyer agrees to be responsible for any taxes and customs duties incurred. As such, we will NOT be responsible for any failure to deliver relating to customs issues.
  • Payment is required within 4 days after winning the auction. Non-paying winners will be reported to ebay and an unpaid strike will be filed.
  • Only items pictured are included - If a part is not pictured, or mentioned above, then it is not included in the sale.
  • Items are sold As-Is unless specified otherwise - Don't assume an item is working unless it specifically states item has been tested and works. Some of our items are listed as "For parts" or "For Repairs" under "Condition".
  • For multiple-listed items, the pictured serial number may not necessarily be the one that will be received.
SHIPPING
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipping fees are based on size/ weight & destination, and also shipping materials, insurance & tracking originating from Ontario, Canada.
  • All the items will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business day after full payment is cleared.
  • Import duties, remote area charges, taxes, customs-related charges etc. are not included in the price of the item or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
PAYMENTS
  • We accept PayPal only
  • We will only ship won items to your PayPal verified address.
  • Payment must be received within 4 Days from the date of purchase.
RETURNS
  • This item has been rigorously tested, If you receive a product that is not 100% functional,or you are not satisfied, please contact us first, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue within 48 business hours.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking percentage will be determined by the condition of the returned product. Shipping or insurance costs are non refundable.
  • All returns must be packed with all accessories and contents that shipped with the original package including, cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and un-registered warranty cards.
