Return Policy:

In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Don't worry! The following information will help you process your return:

• All returns must be in their original condition (the listed condition prior to purchase), to include all original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted. New and unopened items must be returned new and unopened, original seals or shrink-wrap must be untouched.
• If a returned item is accepted, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply, in addition to our actual outbound shipping costs.
• A return will not be accepted if the item arrives back to us with any missing items, or returned with any visible or functional damages, including minor scratches, scuffs, dirt, or any signs of use. This also includes any visible signs of use or damage to the manufacturer's original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery. Please ensure that your return shipments are securely packed and fully insured.
• Please record your return tracking number so that you can trace its movement accordingly.
• We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost by shipper/carrier, or are damaged by the shipper/carrier.
• An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund, as well as a possible 20% restocking fee.
• You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or return of the damaged goods. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately. On occasion, the outer packaging may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate "Possible Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a claim is less of a hassle.
• We are not responsible for Warranty claims or defective items. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to repair or replace. Please contact the manufacturer for any claims.
• Please note - we keep records and videos of all our device serial and IMEI numbers, so please make sure that it is our item that you are shipping back to us. If the item you return to us does not match the IMEI we sent you, you will not receive a refund.
• Important: Please remove your Apple account or any other accounts and/or passwords/PIN and reset the device back to factory settings. If you do not remove your account, the device will be locked to your account email address and we won't be able to access the device. We will not accept a return if it is received by us in this condition, and you will not receive a refund. 
• Please note:  In order to prevent fraud we are now sealing both the items and packages with tamper-evident seals with unique serial numbers.  Video is recorded of the item and its serial number, boxing, weighing, shipping, etc. These videos will be provided to eBay, the shipper (USPS/FEDEX/UPS), and all appropriate authorities in the event of any attempted fraud.  We will also follow through with the necessary next steps: making a theft/fraud report to the police in both the buyer’s jurisdiction and ours, reporting the incident to the shipping/postal service, and filing a report to the FBI cybercrime unit. Your name, shipping address, and all other information will be provided to the involved authorities.  eBay has been very helpful in the past with this sort of behavior.

Shipping:

• We ship within 3 business days of cleared payment, and only to the address you have provided on your checkout transaction.
• Address / Name changes will not be accepted at any time. This option is also blocked with our shipping accounts.
• Shipping costs to and from the buyer will be charged should a delivery be refused, not cleared or not picked up after the item has been shipped. Same will apply to an incorrect or not full provided shipping address.  
• Please note! We use FedEx, UPS or USPS for shipping. We reserve the right to change carriers, without any notice to the buyer, in order to expedite shipping times.
• We do not issue a refund until the package is delivered back to us and inspected. 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to the buyer having insufficient positive feedback.
