Testing and Quality Control: Keyboard, Display, Drives, Ports, and Connectivity are fully tested, and fully functional.
Specifications: If you have a technical question about the laptop computer please search the Manufacturers website for their specifications for each particular model. Please look at our photos of the laptop/notebook for sale. Laptop is factory reset, and is a used item sold as-is with wear or scratches from previous use. We identify the processor speed, amount of memory, and amount of storage (HDD or SSD). We indicate if there is an optical drive or any other features not evident from the photos.

Shipping: Your order placed on Friday will ship Monday, holidays excluded, and Please excuse normal and weather delays.
We do not sell or ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories, and if you use a service in the USA that forwards to another country, you violate our terms, and the product and shipping is not covered.
We reserve the right to select the shipping company/carrier to deliver your product.
Packing: Laptop is repackaged. We video the packing of your product to ensure safe arrival. We apply serial number safety stickers over screw holes to ensure laptop/notebook was not opened, which voids all limited warranties. Damage from shipping is covered by the shipping company.
New eBay buyers: If you have an eBay transaction number less than 10 or negative feedback, you must contact us before purchase.
We sell for less. When a business provides free returns, long warranties, and free shipping, this increases costs and prices are higher because they must absorb losses for returns and return shipping and spread these amounts among ALL customers with higher prices. We understand. This is why we do our job to make sure you get a quality product at a fair price, and trust that your purchase is the product you want. Both of us save time and money and you don’t pay higher prices.
Fraud prevention: Each item’s serial number and bar code is registered to the sale. If the item returned, the serial number or bar code does not match the shipped item, you will not receive credit and you must send a prepaid shipping label to get your item back. Our shoppers are not paying for the misdeeds of people committing fraud.
Problems or issues: with the item out-of-the-box, please contact us right away, before contacting eBay or leaving feedback. Except for weekends and holidays, we should be able to contact you by end of the next business day. We want you to get the working unit you paid for if it failed through no fault of you or us.
Visibly damaged package:
If a damaged package is delivered, please refuse the shipment; Reason: DAMAGE. If the package is already delivered, please follow this procedure;
Before opening a visibly damaged package, take photos of all 6 sides before opening the box, and of the packaged product at each stage of unpacking the item. Then contact the shipping company and make a claim.
Notes: Customer damage is not covered. We do not provide software support.
