We are resellers and do not always know the detailed history of laptop, during our limited tests the unit seems to power on when connected to external monitor however when it asks to connect to internet there is never any internet source available, other times it gives us a F2005 error. The display doesnt' look physically cracked, however it doesn't turn on.
