Operating System
This device has a new install of macOS 11 Big Sur setup with an admin account. We will provide the buyer with the username and password. If you would like us to factory reset the OS for you, please message us directly after purchasing or leave us a note at checkout, otherwise it will be sent with the admin account we have setup.
Shipping
We will ship it fully insured via FedEx or USPS (at our discretion). It will be sent within 1 business day and we will upload the tracking number. Purchases that are $500 or more will require a signature, anything under $500 may or may not require a signature (at our discretion). We also have a few expedited FedEx Express options available at checkout if you need your package sooner. Any item purchased by 2 P.M. Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day. If it is purchased after that time it will be shipped the next business day. If you are using a package forwarding address please message us prior to purchase or we may cancel your order.
Warranty
This item has been throughly inspected, tested, and comes with our 60-day warranty policy which covers Hardware related issues. The warranty begins on the day the item is delivered. If you are experiencing any Software issues please contact us and we would be more than happy to help you. Any liquid damage, abuse, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty and will void your warranty. If your device was opened, repaired, or upgraded by you or any third party this will also void your warranty. The device must be returned in the same condition that it was received. We have the option to repair, replace, or refund. Please contact us within the 60-day period to report any issues.
