- "AS-IS" items have no warranty and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Refunds are only provided if a suitable
replacement is not
available.
- Our mission is to satisfy all customers to the greatest extent, If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item
please contact us before taking any further action and we will do our best to solve the issue at hand.
- The buyer must notify AFreshBuy in writing (e-mails qualify) of any problem within the documented warranty period
to qualify for refund or replacement. AFreshBuy is not obligated to offer warranty services beyond the stated warranty period.
- Return Authorization (RMA) is required for defective product returns. Credit for returned item will be issued after the
return of the defective product.
- Upon receipt of Return Authorization, the buyer has 3 Business Days to ship item to us and provide tracking number via e-mail. AFreshBuy does not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to or from the buyer.
- Items that are damaged while in the buyer's possession, regardless of circumstances, do not qualify for a refund
or exchange. In addition, items damaged by improper packaging when returned to AFreshBuy will not qualify for refund or exchange.
- Items with Warranty: We affix "warranty labels" on all items that have a warranty. Evidence of tampering, removal or broken seal, will VOID the warranty.
