Warranty:

Functionality: (excluding items listed "as is") All items are guaranteed 14 days from the delivery date to function as described. The 14 days is meant to give you enough time to test all of the functions.

Our items are intended to be used within United States.  Usage in any country other than the United States is the responsibility of the buyer. I.E voltage (electrical plugs) Cell phone contracts/carriers etc.

Physical Condition: All items are guaranteed to be in the condition listed. Please see all the pictures and there are no returns or refunds on items listed "as is".

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

We will not accept returns on new product that has  been opened and is fully functional.

We test all returned items. If the item is found to be defective, or if we made an error in describing the item, we will refund the entire amount. However, if the item is found to be functional and as described in the auction we will still refund the entire amount, less Shipping & Handling charges, and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

Items Damaged in Shipping: Please keep the packing material for possible inspection by the shipping provider.

We try to ship within one business day of payment, but sometimes it can take up to 3 business days.
We offer multiple shipping options. Please beware that Parcel Select may take 3-12 days. If you need the item faster, you may wish to choose a faster service.

The Shipping and Handling charges include insurance!!!

In some cases we may ship via FedEx or UPS if we can get it to you faster for the same amount of money.  Please let us know at the end of the auction if you do not want us to use that shipping service.
