Thank you for considering this item! As shown in the pictures, it's in great working condition with no issues to the operating system. While there are some cosmetic scratches and normal wear marks on the body, the screen is in good condition and only needs a little cleaning. Please note that there are two screws in the back that have some problems, but this is purely aesthetic and doesn't affect its functionality.

We want to be upfront with you and let you know that the item is sold as is, and unfortunately, we can't accept returns. Additionally, we don't have an extra charger to include with it. However, I believe this item will serve you well.
