I acquired these 2 macbook airs in a lot with other computer stuff and i havent the interest in trying to repair these. Neither of them are working. Here is what I have observed about them (please note I am not any kind of apple tech).

* both back lights and screens not functioning on either of them

* both have had their ram cards removed (see photo)

* I see a red dot indicating water damage on one of them

* both power on and seem to boot up, keyboards seem to function on both as i can perform a reset (cmd/alt/p-/r/power) which reboots them (one makes the apple tone, the other doesnt)

*fan runs very noisy on one

* the one with the water damage red dot has a streak running through the screen which can be seen in bright light

*one is missing all bottom cover screws

* 2nd is missing 3 bottom cover screws

* no chargers included

*minor scratches and dings. One bottom cover has denting around the screw holes from being over tightened?

*neither shows signs of being dropped (corners all good).

*not sure of which processor size or hard drive size, might be able to look up with serial number (fvfz2fc8j1wk / fvfz2fezj1wk)

*both are a1466 model

I will wrap them individually both in thick white packing foam as well as bubble wrap for safest transport in shipping.
