This machine was fully functional but I’m told in the course of resetting it somehow got screwed up. It has a flashing folder with a question mark that indicates it “startup disk is no longer available or doesn't contain a working Mac operating system.”

Could be a simple fix for someone more capable than I am.

It’s in good shape physically.
