15" Retina LCD is "splotchy" as seen in the pictures, but mostly free of scratches.  Some of the rubber LCD bumper is worn off the interior rim of the LCD. Keyboard is clean and all keys seem to be working properly.

The battery holds a charge after being plugged in a short while, but has not been fully tested and is not guaranteed to ability or length of charge.

Overall it is in good cosmetic condition with light/ normal wear.

Some small light scratches and small dents on the lid and bottom/sides.

I/O ports appear Undamaged.

Adapter is NOT included.
