Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and the item must be in the same condition as the item was listed/received. Seller provides a full refund and pays for return shipping on items that are returned for the following reasons: doesn't work or defective, doesn't match description or photos, wrong item sent, missing parts or pieces, arrived damaged, or doesn't seem authentic. For returns for reasons of buyer remorse (doesn't fit, changed my mind, found a better price, just didn't like it, or ordered by mistake), buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of these items. Additionally, a restocking fee may be assessed for items that are not returned in the condition they were received.

Electronics in the used and parts only conditions must be shipped via ground transportation, and are no longer eligible for priority mail services. Unfortunately, this means that the shipment may take several extra days to arrive. Please note that this is a new federal regulation and is outside of our control.
