This Laptop is USED, but it operates flawlessly, and all physical and system components operate as intended. The Cosmetic condition is also essentially flawless, but if you look hard enough then yes, you'll probably be able to find some very light surface scratches. The keyboard is not missing any paint on any of the characters and every Key functions as intended, none or showing any signs of wear and tear. The Screen is literally perfect as far as I can tell, you'd have to really apply yourself to try and find something to complain about here.
