My sister bought this MacBook for school, she used it very lightly and than one day it just stopped working. It wont take a charge, and I called apple support and they said they would "fix it" for 390 dollars since they were going to do a battery replacement, but its not worth it as she has already got a new one. I don't know what's wrong, and by no means are tech savvy enough to know what's wrong. I also don't know the specs of the laptop, could be 1tb ssd or 256 i just put the bare minimum in case!
