Cosmetic Condition:

The cosmetic condition is "grade C": there are ghosted/dead pixels on the display (near the center - see photo #5). There are lots of scratches and a dent on one corner. In addition, the rubber seat on the display is sticky and starting to fall apart (see photo #6). The hinge is also slightly loose. 

This Apple Macbook Pro has been tested and is in good working condition.  A fresh copy of OSX Catalina has been installed on the 256GB SSD. The OEM Apple battery is in good condition, and an original Apple charger is included as well.

Note: Due to this Mac's age, newer versions of the MacOS are not supported, we have installed the latest MacOS version that is supported on this device. This may lead to compatibility issues with some software, but for normal computing (internet browsing, watching videos, word/excel processing) this laptop is still perfectly compatible.

Expedited shipping services are available for an extra charge based on your location. International shipping is quoted through the eBay Global Shipping Program. Please ensure that your address is correct before finishing checkout, address changes cannot be made after an order has been placed. Drop-shipping is allowed as long as the end buyer's address is provided properly during checkout, we can omit packing lists or other branding upon request.
