PLEASE READ ENTIRE CONTENTS BEFORE PURCHASE

Description:

Apple MacBook Pro laptop model A1286.  Mid-2010 with 17-inch screen. Does NOT include power cord or HDD.  Only the HDD drive was removed, all other components are still enclosed in the laptop (i.e. battery, memory).  Can't verify the specs other than what the Apple website says were the specs for this laptop.  Assume that the specs are on the lower end (i.e. 4GB vs 8GB RAM) and you won't be disappointed!

Condition

This is being sold as-is, for parts.  The laptop is not working and based on a computer tech's diagnosis, the motherboard is bad.  I am unable to test battery life or other electrical components.  Cosmetically in good condition but it does have minor cosmetic blemishes on the cover.  Screen is nice and free of scratches and was working when it shut down.  

Shipping Policy:

• I don’t ship items outside the continental US.
• Listings with free shipping will be shipped by cheapest or most convenient means available regardless of the carrier offered at checkout. 
• I ship my items within one business day of payment but I live in a remote area with a satellite post office that does not have automation so tracking may not be visible until the day after I post it.  

Return and Cancellation Policy:

• This item is for parts only and I will not accept returns.
• I do not sell to package forwarding services or any other entities that are not the actual buyer or end user of the item.  If I suspect that the buyer is a third party or the address appears suspicious, I will cancel the order and refund the purchase price.
• I reserve the right to cancel orders from buyers that have not been eBay members for at least a year, have no or extremely low feedback, non-US buyers, or have unverified PayPal addresses/payment methods.

Feedback:

• I do not leave automated feedback like some sellers.  I leave individual positive feedback as quickly as the buyer leaves feedback.
• If, after 30 days, the buyer has not left any feedback and has not requested a return, I will leave a generic positive comment.
