There are a few issues with the laptop, but a lot of it is working just fine and would function well if fixed up:

1.) The connector that joins the power cable from the battery to the motherboard is broken and needs repair, it will not turn on as it is. See Pictures.

2.) The battery I once replaced the old one with (A1405 battery) was slightly too large for the case, and caused some screws that were tightened to pop up through the top of the bottom portion of the laptop, as well as causing some cracked corners inside the case near the battery. See Pictures.

3.) There is no SSD in this macbook.

Other than that, I recall everything running smoothly otherwise - the screen, the cpu, the keyboard, etc.
