New: A brand-new, unused, unopened item in its original packaging, with all original packaging materials included. Original protective wrapping, if applicable, is intact. Original manufacturer’s warranty, if any, still applies.

New Open Box: An item in perfect working condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing. The original packaging may have minor damage, or item may come repackaged. All accessories are present.

Seller Refurbished: An apparently untouched item in perfect condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing. There are absolutely no signs of wear on the item or its packaging. Instructions are sometimes included.

Used - Very Good: A well-cared-for item that has seen limited use but remains in great condition. The item is complete, unmarked, and undamaged, but may show some limited signs of wear. Item works perfectly.

Used - Good: The item shows wear from consistent use, but it remains in good condition and works perfectly. It may be marked, have identifying markings on it, or show other signs of previous use.

Used - Acceptable: The item is fairly worn but continues to work perfectly. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, and worn corners. The item may have identifying markings on it or show other signs of previous use.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping:

• UPS Ground is used for all Business to Business shipping unless otherwise noted in the auction
• UPS Ground/USPS SurePost is used for all residential addresses
• All items will be shipped same day if paid before 3pm EST except for purchases made on the weekend or a Holiday
• Tracking information will be posted on eBay once your item has been pulled from inventory, inspected, and carefully packaged

• Depending on your geographical location, most items are delivered in 2-days or less.

Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup free of charge on most items. Local pickup must be done by appointment only. 

Payment Information

• eBay/PayPal payments is the only acceptable payment method and we only ship to a confirmed buyers address that is verified by PayPal. No exceptions!
• Payments must be made within 3-days of auction closing. All non-payment members will be added to our blocked list and banned from future eBay purchases.

Return Policy

Resale Technologies accepts returns on all items that qualify for our 30 Day Warranty. We will pay return shipping to our facility for any item that is defective, damaged, or misrepresented in our eBay listing. Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. This warranty does not apply if shipped outside the United States.

For all other returns, shipping will be paid by the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

NOTE:ALL ITEMS THAT WE SELL ARE ASSIGNED AN UNIQUE IAT (INTERNAL ASSET TAG) THAT MUST MATCH WITH OUR INVENTORY SYSTEM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FULL CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. OUR IAT'S TRACK SERIAL NUMBERS, PARTS/PERIPHERALS, AND CONDITIONS OF EACH ITEM SOLD.
