They will not come with an operating system or any software. Hard drives are wiped clean.
The battery is not tested or guaranteed, unless we say otherwise. The battery you get could be great, or not work at all. The older the laptop is, the greater chance the battery will not be good.
It will not have any additional accessories other than what you see in the pictures.
