Items have been professionally tested and are in working condition.  Unless otherwise specified, these are used items and may have minor discoloration, dents, scuffs, scratches, permanent marks, etc.; typical of normal usage. See the defects section in description for any notes on defects.

Although we try our best to mention all flaws/defects in the specifications listed above, there may be problems or defects that were not discovered during our testing process. In this case, please contact us as we will make every effort to solve the problem.

Compatibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to research software and compatibility issues related to their purchase. Most of our items do not include software and a restocking fee as detailed in the shipping section below will be imposed on returns due to incompatibility.

All purchases must be paid for within 2 business days. We accept Paypal payments in $USD only.

• All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment. We use Fedex, or USPS for all shipping.
• Any items valued at $750 or more will require signature confirmation, no exceptions.
• Shipments only to Paypal verified addresses. We do not ship to HI, AK, PR, or PO boxes.
• Be sure the correct address is on your order as we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
• We do not offer international shipping.  Please understand that if you use a third party shipping company to send your purchase outside of the U.S., we are only responsible until it reaches the shipper, not thereafter, and there may be no recourse for damaged items.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• For all returns other than reason of defective/not as described, re-stocking fees apply:
  - 15% on new items returned in opened packaging
  - 10% on all used items
• Returns accepted within 30 days, returns must include ALL parts, accessories, etc.
• NO partial refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, we gladly accept returns or exchanges only.
