This MacBook has been professionally restored to working order by an approved vendor. It has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications. The cosmetic condition will show heavy signs of use including but not limited to engraving, excessive scratching and/or scuffs/dings/dents, worn keys, and loose hinges. Screen may also show keyboard marks, screen shading and/or excessive delamination but this does not affect functionality. This MacBook is ideal for customers interested in value and functionality versus cosmetic condition. Power adapter is included. Original packaging is not included.
- Immediate payment is required.
- All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal checkout.
- Please note that a PayPal account is not required to pay for an item. Customers can pay directly with credit cards at checkout via the Paypal payment page.

- All orders that need to be returned must be securely packaged, insured, and shipped with tracking. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We carefully inspect all returns upon receipt prior to processing any refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- We offer a 60 day warranty on all items unless stated otherwise in the listing details.
- Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Physical damage is not covered.
- Items must be in the same physical condition and have matching serial numbers for warranty approval.Fraudulent warranty returns will not be tolerated.
- In order to start a warranty claim, please email us with a detailed description of the issue along with your name, order ID, and date of purchase.
- We will provide prepaid return shipping labels for all warranty claims during the first 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage from days 31-60.
