1. RETURNS: If you’re wanting to return an item; please message me first BEFORE opening a return case, so that I can resolve it with you first personally.
2. ITEMS SOLD: (AS-IS or PARTS ONLY): If an item is sold as AS-IS or PARTS ONLY; returns will not be accepted, I try my best to be as transparent as possible if the item doesn’t fully work or if something is wrong with it.
3. PICTURES: Please look carefully through the pictures for cosmetic reference. Message me with any questions or concerns before you make the purchase to prevent any misunderstandings. So please carefully browse the pictures and make sure it meets your needs or is compatible for what you need it for. I take good quality pictures to help with this experience. 
4. SHIPPING: If your item needs to be shipped outside USA, your country needs to be a part of the Global Shipping Program. If your Country is not part of the Global Shipping Program; there will be additional shipping costs involved, which you and I will need to arrange before you make the purchase. 
5. SURCHARGES: Puerto Rico, Hawaii, & Alaska are States outside Continental USA, so additional shipping surcharges are needed: (please contact me before you purchase if you’re outside Continental USA).
6. TRACKING: You can track your Order in the Purchase History. Delivery dates can change due to shipping company protocols, I have no control over that.
