Compatibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to research software and compatibility issues related to their purchase. Most of our items do not include software and returns are not currently accepted. All sales are final.

Payment

All purchases must be paid for within 7 days.
 We accept payment in US Dollars only and through eBay payment methods only. 
An extension beyond 7 days may be granted on a case by case basis as long as the customer properly communicates intention regarding payment. 
No payment and lack of communication will likely result in the sale being cancelled.




Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment. We use UPS for all shipping.
Any items valued or combined orders that are valued at $500 or more will require signature confirmation, no exceptions.
Shipments to the 48 Continental United States is included with the shipping cost. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will cost an additional amount that will be determined when the buyer provides the shipping address. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or PO Boxes.
Be sure the correct address is on your order as we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
We do not offer international shipping.  Please understand that if you use a third party shipping company to send your purchase outside of the U.S., we are only responsible until it reaches the shipper, not thereafter, and there may be no recourse for damaged items.
In instances where a delivery is attempted by not successful, the package will either be returned to sender, or dropped off to a UPS Access Point nearby the delivery address. This is a UPS policy and I cannot control or change it. If the package is returned to sender then you have the option to accept a full refund with the exception of the shipping costs, or to have the package resent but an additional shipping charge may apply.
