(IT Asset Disposition) and R2 (Responsible Recycling) certified electronic
recycling services nationwide. The equipment we list has been thoroughly tested
and configured based on the guidelines set forth in R2 requirements.

toward our environment, employees, customers, suppliers, and our community.

Customer Guarantee
We stand behind all the products that we sell. You can rest
assured that if your item does not arrive as described in the listing, we will
work diligently to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you receive an item
that arrived in a condition other than described in the listing, we ask
that you immediately contact us to help resolve the issue.
Shipping Policies
· Orders are shipped within 1 business day after
payment has been received. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sunday’s, or
Holidays.
· We are obligated to ship to the address that
you provide to eBay on your order. Before completing your order please ensure
that your correct shipping address is listed. We are not authorized to
change the shipping address information in any way.
· Please allow 4 to 7 business days for
delivery. Orders are shipped via the best method available depending on weight,
value, contents, and delivery location. Shipping Methods include, USPS First
Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx Ground.
· Shipping cost is calculated on a "per
order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based
on the shipping method.
Warranty & Returns
All products purchased from MARRc come with a
30-Day warranty unless otherwise noted in the listing
· If you received an item that is not as
described, or that has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately
so that we may get the information necessary to initiate an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization).
· All original packaging, equipment, and
accessories must be returned. If anything is missing from the original shipment
a partial refund may be issued (please see refund deduction guidelines).
· Absolutely NO returns or refunds on software.
· Any return where we determine the unit to be
functional as listed a partial refund will be issued (please see refund
deduction guidelines).
· Buyer will pay for the return shipping for
non-defective items.
· Items which have been altered from their
original condition, such as software installation or hardware changes, will NOT
be accepted.
· If an item was received as described and is no
longer wanted/needed by the buyer a partial refund will be issued (please see
refund deduction guidelines).
Good Condition: %5 -%10
· Missing original packaging
· Factory seal is broken/opened, but the item is still in its
original condition
· Original tags included but no longer attached to the product
Fair Condition: %15 - %30
· Missing parts
· Signs of wear or use
· Item has been installed or modified from its original condition
· Item has been registered or user has not deleted their
information and reset to original condition
Poor Condition: %35 -%50
· Significant signs of wear, or significantly different than how
it was shipped to the buyer
· Missing essential parts
· Item is damaged, scratched, defective, or requires service or
repair
· Missing provided certificates of authenticity, grading, or
appraisal
