DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All domestic shipping is via standard ground service. For non-standard or expedited shipping, please contact us before you place your order.
Shipments for international export, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, US protectorates, military addresses, and Canada require an additional 3-4 business days of processing time before shipment.

INTERNATIONAL AND POSTAL SHIPMENTS

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine additional import costs prior to buying.
• International import taxes are normally collected by the shipping company upon delivery. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise below actual value or mark items as "gifts" because US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• We use multiple shipping carriers. Our warehouse will select the most appropriate carrier when your order is processed. We are not able to guarantee any specific shipping service
• Heavy or over-size items may incur additional shipping charges or be rejected by the post office.
• Not all addresses are serviced by our shippers, additional charges may be required for delivery to some locations.
• Please contact us before placing your order if you require combined shipping for multiple different items.
• You are purchasing a product designed for use in North America. The power and transmission requirements may be different then in your local country, please make sure to follow all applicable use and safety regulations.
• Additional licenses or inspections may be required during product import, please verify if you are eligible to import the product you are purchasing.

Arsenal PC reserved the right to cancel without liability any order, the shipment of which is or may be delayed for more than 90 (ninety) days by reason of any cause or causes beyond its control as aforesaid. Arsenal PC reserves the right in its sole discretion to allocate among customers or potential customers, or defer or delay the shipment of any product that is in short supply.
