Customer Service
If for any reason you feel you cannot leave us 5-star feedback,
please contact us so we can make it right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority
and is needed to keep our business alive. Please message us prior to leaving
feedback or opening a case so we can do our best to resolve whatever issue you
have. We want to gain your repeat business.
Shipping
All items are shipped
either via CANADA POST OR USPS. In most cases, we ship orders within 24
hours-48 hours after receiving your payment (not including
weekends and holidays) . Express deliveries via Canada post / USPS
are available ask for quote. We do allow
customers to use their own shipping carrier or local pick-up just send us
a message and let us know.
RETURNS
We have a 10-day
inspection period for items described as working and offer Free Returns on most
items. We do accept returns in the event your item arrives DOA or is not as described,
as long as free returns are offered at the time of purchase on the listing. We
try to fully examine everything prior to listing and thoroughly describe each
item, but sometimes things slip through the cracks, especially when dealing
with used merchandise. We do not accept returns for listings described "AS
IS."

hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Customer inquiries will be answered
during that time. Shipping is handled weekdays within the stated handling time.

messaging system.
AS-IS POLICY:
1. All our items are
products that have been tested for only specific most used features.
2. Therefore, we
provide warranty for only features that are mentioned in the listings.
3. By purchasing an
item from our store, with a listing that is mentioned as 'AS-IS', you agree to
take the risk of buying the item in the condition untested for all
functionalities for a cheaper price.
4. There is a high
chance that the item will be in perfect working condition, but no warranty is
provided and no returns will be accepted.
5. Warranty for any
other feature not included in the listing is not provided.
5. No returns will be
accepted for defects already mentioned or not tested for such items.
6. No refunds will be
processed for the same.
