What to expect with a USED laptop:

- It will have scratches, scuffs, plastic fade
- May have labels, stickers, or remnants of them.
- May have minor key wear
- May need to be cleaned further than what we have done
- They will not come with an operating system or any software. Hard drives are wiped clean.
- The battery is not tested or guaranteed, unless we say otherwise. The battery you get could be great, or not work at all. The older the laptop is, the greater chance the battery will not be good.
- It will not have any additional accessories other than what you see in the pictures.

Payment for items must be received within 4 business days.
We include a 30-day warranty unless the item is sold for PARTS ONLY, then there is no warranty. Please contact us to resolve any issues. I promise you that we are very reasonable people and want to make sure that your transaction is positive.
We ship US Only. We do not ship to US Territories.

We do not blind, drop ship or local pickup.
