We, Boundless Macs, include a 1 Year Limited Warranty that covers any and all hardware defects or any malfunction of your Mac independent of your use (keyboard malfunction, battery failure, trackpad failure, etc).

Basically, if you break your Mac we can’t fix it for free, but we don’t want you stuck with a broken computer either. That’s why we’ll work with you on an economical solution with our 3 year at-cost warranty. :-)
3 Year At-Cost Warranty
What about accidental damages? Or issues not covered by your 1 year warranty? Most companies would leave you on your own with expensive repairs, but not us. With our at-cost warranty, we can typically save you 50% compared to most third party repair shops, and up to 70% compared to the Apple Store because we never charge you for labor or diagnostics. All we do is find out what’s wrong, fix it, and charge you our cost for the parts. We do not make a profit from this service, we just believe you deserve better. :-)
How to Make a Claim:
Reach out to us with your order number and brief description of the problem. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to safely ship your Mac to us. Once your Mac is received, our team will perform the necessary repairs and ship it back to you via Fedex 2 Day delivery.
Shipping Times
Your order will ship same day if purchased by our cutoff time. If you need a little more time to make your choice, we'll ship as soon as we get back to our desks on the following business day. You'll receive your purchase in 2 business days via Fedex if you're in any of the 48 continental states. PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii make take up to 4 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Please keep in mind Fedex and USPS may not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.
