Fully Working. Used regularly until it got replaced with an Air recently.

This MacBook has been wiped and restored to original OS X. Up to the buyer to upgrade OS.

This unit was upgraded to Solid State HD and 8GB of Ram. It was running a patched version of Monterey.

Compatibility issues with current apps/programs/websites may occur and should be expected. There may be workarounds but I can’t coach you on this.

This is the last Macbook model that you can easily upgrade RAM and storage.  There are two DRAM slots, currently its configuration is 2GBx2=4GB. You can easily upgrade it to up to max 16GB(8GBx2), or 8GB(4GBx2, only cost about $20 on Amazon). It also has built-in DVD-burner (last Apple macbook that has this), you can read/write DVD,DVDR, DVDRW, etc. 

You can upgrade its macOS to 10.15 Catalina if you want, just one click in Apple AppStore.
