Lenovo ThinkPad E590 Laptop i7-8565U 8GB DDR4 256GB M.2 For Parts/Repair. This laptop was purchased in a large lot of corporate computers, many of which were fully functional. This one boots up to the Lenovo screen, then displays an error message as follows:

Check date and time settings

Critically low battery

Fan error

It does appear to charge using a Lenovo USB-C charger. It's beyond my ability to repair so I am selling it at a deep discount. I can vouch that the screen is working perfectly with no dead pixels or other flaws, so at the very least you could reuse or resell that.
