This is an untouched, direct-from-consumer, non-working, damaged computer. We're not able to fix these so we haven't attempted any repairs on it or cleaned it in any way. It works fine but has a cracked screen. Everything else is fully tested and works fine so it just needs a new screen.

We tested every component: the keyboard works, Touch ID works fine, trackpad works fine, webcam works, speakers and internal mic work, headphone jack works, battery is good. We have verified with Apple that iCloud is OFF. The computer has been removed from its iCloud account and does not have an activation lock. We've also verified that there is no remote MDM lock.
