I bought this brand new years ago, and have been the only owner and only user of this MacBook Pro.
This laptop has stayed at home for basically 99.999% of time, so it's been well cared for.

*Cosmetically:
_It is in great condition.
_No dents.
_No noticeable scratches.

Functionally:
_It has run flawlessly over the years except that a few years ago the black "Touch Barr" started to malfunction.
It "flickers" often, and can be challenging at times to use when it does that, but it does still have functionality - though less than perfect.
This is a common issue with this model. I believe Apple was offering a free replacement of the Touch Bar years ago, but I didn't have an issue with it until after deadline for the fix. Anyway, the Touch Bar is replaceable if you want to replace it. I never bothered to do it because I was still able to perform all the task on the computer that I wanted to without going to the extra time and cost of having a perfect Touch Bar.
_Battery indicator recommends servicing, but I've rare ever use the MacBook off the charger, and the battery life is still good enough that I can stream a movie + on it for over 2 hours with a recharge. Normal /non-streaming tasks off the charger could last you much longer.
