"REMOTE MANAGEMENT ACTIVATED"

I purchased this laptop from someone about 6 months ago. It worked completely fine and had no issues. Until, one day I went to reset it back to factory settings, and that is when I noticed the Remote Management Lock was activated. As I said before, it doesn't seem to effect the functionality of the laptop, but at the same time,  I am still unable to completely remove it, either. That being said, I have to sell this as a "parts only" macbook even though it has full functionality at the moment.
