  • If the listing is Local Pickup only, we can palletize it for a flat rate of $50 for standard size pallets.  You must arrange freight shipping yourself, and provide a BOL for your carrier of choice.

  • Returns are not accepted unless the item was sold with a warranty. Items under warranty may be returned within 14 days of delivery date, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays for return shipping. Item must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.
  • All returns because of compatibility issues or problems that were not tested for, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are on final bid amount only; shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • If there are problems with your order, please contact us to resolve any issues.

  • Contact us if you would like a local pickup invoice.
  • Please do not come to our facility until we notify you that your item is ready for pickup.
  • Local pickup orders take 1-2 days to process, and may be picked up Monday through Friday between 11am and 5pm.
  • Items not picked up within 7 days will incur a storage fee of $1.00 per listing per day. After 30 days, items will be recycled and no refund given. No Exceptions.
