This is a working laptop. This comes with q charger. However -

The battery has degraded and will likely need to stay connected to the power cable when working, especially during intensive usage like programming or gaming. You’ll see the battery degradation with any electronic device this age.

There is some minor cosmetic issues, like the rubber on the border peeling off.

There are a couple dead pixels that are hard to see unless the background is a certain color. A picture of this has been attached.
