Cosmetically it has a couple of dings, which you can see in the photos.  First, there is a dent on the upper right corner of the display.  Second, there is another dent near the power connector.  Neither looks awesome but also, neither interferes at all with operation.  I.e., the cover closes just fine and the charger mates and charges perfectly.
