Used as a software engineer’s secondary driver for four years. In good condition, well taken care of. Screen and touch bar work; no issues. Webcam cover included. No scratches; very faint case ghosting on bottom panel (see second photo of bottom panel).

RE macOS Version: Clean install of macOS Ventura ready out of the box. Current macOS version as-shipped is macOS Ventura on a stable beta build, but laptop has been disenrolled from beta program. On next software update, OS version will return to normal main release branch automatically as per Apple Developer documentation; no user action aside from starting software update when prompted is required.
