- The buyer must notify AFreshBuy
in writing (e-mails qualify) of any problem within the
documented warranty period
to qualify for refund or
replacement. AFreshBuy
is not obligated to offer warranty services beyond the
stated warranty period.
- Return Authorization (RMA) is required
for defective product returns. Credit for returned item will
be issued after the
return of the defective product.
- Upon receipt of Return Authorization,
the buyer has 3 Business Days to ship item to us and provide
tracking number via
e-mail. AFreshBuy
does not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to
or from the buyer.
- Items that are damaged while in the
buyer's possession, regardless of circumstances,
do not qualify for a refund
or exchange. In addition, items
damaged by improper packaging when returned to AFreshBuy
will not qualify for refund or exchange.

labels" on all items that have a warranty. Evidence of
tampering, removal or broken seal,
