Two weeks ago had the 1TB hard drive replaced to a 1TB M.2 SSD hard drive - much faster than original hard drive. Also had new W10 OS installed. Picture of receipt included in listing.

Laptop barely left our home, maybe ten times total. Used it as a home gaming PC. No dents or scratches as you can see in the pictures. Both looks and runs brand new.
