Because we have a "sufficient physical presence," and are registered to do business in every state in the United States, we are required to follow the "Nexus" law – which is a mandatory requirement for companies doing business in a state to collect and pay tax on sales in that state.
If you are a reseller with a valid permit to resell in your state, please message our Itreplay customer support team and they will assist in getting the tax removed or refunded for you.
EBay will automatically open an unpaid item case after 2 days unpaid, after 6 days unpaid the order will void. The UPI case will automatically close once the item is paid for. An order cannot be canceled while the UPI case is opened, and it will auto cancel when the 6 days is up.
We will ship your item within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Once your item has shipped we will email you tracking info and update eBay with the tracking number.
Our location is listed as Joliet, IL. However, our merchandise will be shipped from multiple locations across the US. If you need to know where your item will be shipping from, you can contact customer service.
We ship only to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands or American Samoa. Any transactions with a "ship to address" to one of these locations will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO / FPO / DPO addresses.
All packages will be shipped via FED EX Ground and will need to be signed for. Someone must be available to sign for the package directly. If you will not be home to sign for the package you can enter your work address or a friend or relative's home or work address as the "ship to" address so that they can sign for your package. In the event you need to redirect your package to a different address or need to have it sent to a local FedEx for pick-up, please message our customer service and they will communicate that adjustment to FedEx for you. You will not be able to request those changes on your own. Only we have the ability to make those adjustments.
All items include a 60 day customer satisfaction warranty. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, please contact customer service.
If item is taken outside of the 48 states the warranty on the item is void.
