RETURN POLICY

This MacBook comes with a 60 day warranty.
The 60 day warranty covers defects that are not listed in the description.
If there are any unexpected flaws when the item arrives please send us a message before opening a return request and we will do our absolute best to take care of it.
If you want to return a purchased product for any reason that is not due to item defect or seller error you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For cancellations for any reason, buyers will be subject to 15% inconvenience/eBay fees. Simple, be sure you want this before you purchase!
Any liquid damage, abuse, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty and will void your warranty. If the MacBook is altered, repaired, or upgraded by you or any third party this will also void your warranty. The MacBook must be returned in the same condition that it was received. We take very thorough pictures of our product, record serials and also mark them so that they are distinguishable.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns in ALL circumstances.

All items are shipped by USPS. FedEx or UPS may be used upon request. If you would like to ship through a different carrier please message us before purchasing the item
If your item was damaged or altered during shipping, please contact us & the shipping company. Please take good pictures of the package when it arrives before opening or tampering with the package in order to prove the claim

Tracking information will be uploaded directly to your eBay account once paid and shipped. For your protection we do not ship anything over $250 to APO/FPO addresses, or anything over $1000 to a P.O. box
