Shipping Address:

If your shipping address is different from your Ebay address, please add the shipping address to your authorized addresses in your Ebay account. We can only ship to an authorized Ebay address. We do not accept email to change shipping addresses. 

If you need to change the address, the order must be canceled and then re-ordered.  

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please give us a call and we will take care of any issue you have.

Signature Confirmation:

Any item with a value over $300 will have signature confirmation required on delivery. 

Order cancellation:

We have the right to cancel orders or require further information on orders for items that are high value and are purchased by new ebay buyers with low amount of feedback. If those terms apply to you please message us before placing the order.

If you are using a freight forwarder please add that to the notes on your order, or message me directly about it after placing the order. 

Returns:

All returns must be returned in the same shape as it was received, with all the original package content. If you would like to return an item, please message us and we will handle it for you.

Restocking fee: 

Restocking fee will be applied on all returns 

Fee will be based on the item value and the condition it is being sent back in. Restocking fees can go all the way up to 50%, but typically we stay in 20-30% range. 

Exceptions apply to restocking fee based on the situations.

For most new items, especially laptops, please know that these products come with warranty from the manufacturer, in the very rare case of an issue with the product down the line, know that the manufacturer (Dell, lenovo, Apple, etc) can take care of your issue very fast and free of charger for the most part.

We do record all serial numbers and use hidden marks to identify our products in order to prevent fraud.
