I ran some quick tests and everything that I could test passed. Other than some light minor scratches/wear on the LCD is in good cosmetic condition with expected minor scratches and wear around the case from normal use.

No hard drive, caddy, operating system or AC Adapter/Charger included.

Has a battery but doesn't seem to be holding a charge. .

Warranty

I really have no way of fully testing without an operating system.

I will be forced to sell it "AS-IS"

Please assume it needs some unforeseen repairs or upgrades.
