Apple MacBook Pro Core i7 2.2GHz 15in A1286 MC723LL 240GB SSD 16GB DDR3

DEFECTIVE WILL NOT BOOT JUST APPLE LOGO CAN NOT INSTALL OS ALSO CHARGER HAS TO BE PLUGGED IN TO BOOT.   

The ram/ssd/screen and keyboard seem to be in working order. There is a light scratch on the LCD when turned off see photo also a slight ding in back not that noticeable but there.
