This is an Apple MacBook Pro ~ 13-Inch ~ 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage ~ A2289 ~ macOS Big Sur. This laptop is pre-owned and in very good  condition. On the outside. it does have some minor scuffing and scratches from normal use ~ as well as two very small dents on the under side. Works perfectly. Screen has a couple of very light scratches but no significant defects or blemishes of any kind. Shipping & Returns
 Our eBay store is manned Monday thru Friday 10am - 5pm EST. Please keep that in mind when contacting us. 
  The buyer has 30 days to return an item if they are not satisfied for a full refund.
   Shipping is available within the continental United States. We offer combined shipping for your multiple purchases.  We ship our items using USPS or Fed Ex.
 If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if someone was not there to accept the package, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
