A fully functional classic Mac. The Intel Core 2 Duo is peppy and great for a daily media consumption machine. Having 8 GB of Ram allows for plenty of speed and functionality for todays use-cases. The 128 GB SSD is fast and reliable. I went ahead and installed macOS Big Sur using OpenCore. There will be a local profile present and protected with a password. This is for testing and configuring OpenCore so the system will receive updates from Apple. Logging into your Apple account will allow you to update the user profile. There is no real body damage to the unit but scuffs and scratches are present. As with all my machines a very detailed cleaning has been done inside and out. New thermal paste has been installed to keep the unit cool and running smooth. The battery holds a charge very well and allowed for over an hour of use with no hang-ups. It does show service recommended but shows outward signs of failing any time soon. A CHARGER WILL NOT BE INCLUDED. The screen is in beautiful shape and is as bright and vibrant as ever.
