Device turns on and runs macOS Monterey (12.6.3) perfectly! Device was damaged from previous owner who took it in for a LCD cable replacement, the repair shop was not careful with the connector and the tape around the metal retention clip was damaged, touched the pins on the motherboard and that caused the LCD to short out. I was able to save it by removing the LCD cable connector from the motherboard to prevent it from shorting out any more. Works perfectly fine when connected to an external display. Also replaced the battery and upgraded the ram to 8GB, and SSD to 128GB.
