Living Green Technology is a Seattle based IT remarketing company serving the Pacific Northwest. We offer a wide range of quality, new and refurbished, electronics at affordable rates. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm PT. We ship all orders within one business day of purchase. SHIPPING

All orders are sanitized and carefully packaged prior to shipping. Free shipping is offered on all of our products. We ship all items within one business day of purchase, Monday through Friday via FedEx Ground and USPS first class and priority mail. All orders come with a tracking number.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day warranty on all products that arrive damaged or defective. If you would like to request a replacement or submit a return request, please contact us directly and we will help you through this process. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free to the buyer. For products that are ordered by mistake or no longer wanted, the buyer will need to purchase return shipping.

Living Green Technology offers new and refurbished products that will include a power supply or power cord unless otherwise noted. New products come with original box and will either be notated as “open box” or “new sealed”. Refurbished products are tested and cleaned up to look as new as possible. Refurbished products may show signs of use.

Our cosmetic grading scale is as follows:

"A": Like new, minimal signs of use.
"B": Signs of use such as small scratches on the outer casing. No scratches or dead pixels on the LCD.
Casing shows no major deep scratches or cracks.
"C": Heavy signs of use. Dents or cracks on the casing. Please see notes for detailed cosmetic issues.
